These terms govern your use of the voyageiptv.ca website and any Voyage IPTV Canada subscription or trial (“the Service”). By using the website or the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Voyage IPTV Canada provides access credentials that allow a compatible third-party IPTV player application to receive streams supplied by third-party providers. Voyage IPTV Canada does not host, store, transmit or originate any audiovisual content. Channel lineups, on-demand libraries and events are supplied by third parties and may change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Canada to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm that you are entitled to receive and view the content you access through the Service in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Plans are prepaid for a fixed term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and do not renew automatically. Plans are for new subscriptions; renewals and upgrades are arranged through support. Online checkout is not yet available on this website and no payment is collected through it. Applicable taxes may be added at the time of payment.

4. Connections and fair use

Each plan includes a fixed number of simultaneous connections (2 or 4). You may install the Service on any number of devices but may not exceed the number of simultaneous streams included in your plan. Credentials are personal to your household; sharing, reselling or publishing them, or using them for public display or commercial purposes, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Trials

Trials are limited to one per household, include one connection, and expire automatically. Trials are a preview and do not guarantee the availability of any channel, title or event.

6. Availability and quality

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Picture quality depends on the source, your device, your player application and your internet connection. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and network conditions outside our control may interrupt the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; not to attempt to circumvent connection limits or security measures; not to record, redistribute or rebroadcast streams; and not to interfere with the Service or other users.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; prepaid terms are not refundable except as set out in the refund policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Voyage IPTV name, logo and website content are the property of their owner. Third-party trademarks, including device and application names, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including Québec’s Consumer Protection Act where it applies. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the current term.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which you reside and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived.
