Refund policy

Test first, and if we can’t get it working on a supported device within 48 hours, you get your money back.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

We would rather you test the Service before paying than ask for a refund afterwards, which is why every household can take a free 1-day trial or a $2 CAD 48-hour trial. This policy explains what happens after a paid plan is activated.

Technical issues first

If the Service does not work on your device, contact support before requesting a refund. Almost all problems are configuration issues in the player app or the home network, and our team resolves them in a single exchange, 24/7/365, in English or French.

Eligibility

  • A full refund is available within 48 hours of activation of a paid plan if support is unable to get the Service working on a supported device with an internet connection that meets the stated minimum speed.
  • Refund requests received more than 48 hours after activation, or for reasons unrelated to the Service’s operation (for example, a change of mind or the absence of a particular channel or event), are not eligible. Channel lineups are supplied by third parties and may change.
  • Trials are non-refundable. The $2 CAD 48-hour trial fee is not refundable.
  • Subscriptions terminated for breach of the terms are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within the eligibility window with your order details, the device you used and a summary of the troubleshooting already attempted with support. Approved refunds are returned by the same method used to pay, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
