Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have under Canadian privacy law.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Voyage IPTV Canada respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws, including Québec’s Law 25 where it applies. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us when you request a trial, order a plan or write to support: typically your email address and, if you provide it, your name and city.
  • Service details needed to run your subscription: the plan you chose, its term, and the credentials issued to you.
  • Technical data generated when you use the website: IP address, browser type, pages visited and approximate region, collected through standard server logs.
  • Preferences stored in your own browser, such as the connection tier you last viewed on the plans page. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. If payment options are offered by email, they are processed by the payment provider named at that time under its own privacy policy.

Why we collect it

To set up and run your subscription or trial, to answer support requests, to communicate about your service (for example, when a term is about to end), to keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only functional browser storage for preferences and does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and any non-essential cookies will require your consent.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (such as email hosting), only to the extent needed, and under confidentiality obligations; or where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Service providers may be located outside Canada, in which case your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention

We keep account and support records for as long as you have an active subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle renewals, disputes and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual limits), and ask questions or make a complaint about our practices. Write to [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
