Voyage IPTV Canada does not host, store, upload, transmit or originate any audiovisual content. The Service supplies access credentials for use with third-party IPTV player applications, which receive streams supplied by third-party providers. Voyage IPTV Canada has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the content, availability, legality or quality of streams supplied by third parties.

User responsibility

IPTV is a method of delivering television over the internet. The lawfulness of accessing any particular stream depends on the licensing of that content in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm that you are entitled to receive and view the content you access, and you accept full responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable to you. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

No affiliation

Voyage IPTV Canada is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broadcaster, network, sports league, studio, device manufacturer or application developer named on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Accuracy of information

Channel counts, library sizes, feature descriptions and third-party prices quoted on this website are indicative, provided in good faith and may change without notice. Picture quality depends on the source, your device, your player application and your connection.

Notice procedure for rights holders

Voyage IPTV Canada respects intellectual property rights. Although it does not host content, it will act promptly on good-faith notices. If you are a rights holder, or authorised to act for one, and believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your rights, please email [email protected] with “Notice” in the subject line and include:

1. Identification of the work claimed to be infringed, including the rights holder’s name.
2. Identification of the specific stream, channel or title, with enough detail for us to locate it.
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a complete notice we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified and notify the relevant third-party provider. This procedure follows the spirit of Canada’s notice-and-notice regime under the Copyright Act and the notice requirements of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
