Service and lineup

What is IPTV and how does it work in Canada?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers television over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite signal. You install a player app on a device you already own, enter your service details, and the player pulls live channels, the programme guide and on-demand titles over the internet. Canada’s largest telecoms use IPTV for their own TV products; Voyage uses the same delivery method on the devices you already have.

How many channels does Voyage IPTV Canada have?

More than 21,000 live channels from Canada and around the world, plus 40,000+ films and series on demand. The lineup includes English and French-language channels, sport, news, kids, documentaries, 24/7 single-show channels and international channels from Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Does Voyage include French-language channels?

Yes. French-language channels from Québec and the wider francophone world sit beside the English lineup, with EPG data in both languages.

Are sports and PPV included?

Yes. Live sport across the major leagues and PPV fight nights are part of every plan. There is no separate sports tier and no per-event charge.

What picture quality can I expect?

Channels are available in 4K, FHD, HD and SD. The quality you see depends on the channel’s source, your device and your connection. 4K needs about 50 Mbps and a 4K-capable device.

What is catch-up TV?

Catch-up lets you rewind up to seven days on supported channels and watch a programme from the start, even if you missed the live broadcast.

Plans, pricing and payment

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Every price on this site is in CAD: $15 for one month, $35 for three, $60 for six and $105 for twelve on two connections, and $29, $65, $110 and $199 on four connections.

What is a connection?

One device streaming at the same time. Plans include 2 or 4 connections. You can install the service on as many devices as you like; the limit applies to simultaneous streams.

Is there a contract?

No. You choose a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month term and it simply ends when it ends. There are no cancellation fees.

Do plans auto-renew?

No. Plans shown are for new subscriptions and end at the close of their term. To renew or upgrade, contact support before your term ends and we’ll extend your existing login.

How do I pay?

Online checkout is coming soon. Until then, choose a plan, send us your pick by email and we’ll reply with payment options. No payment is taken on this website.

Do you offer refunds?

Please see our refund policy. In short: trials exist so you can test the service before paying, and we work with you to resolve technical problems before anything else.

Devices and setup

Which devices are supported?

Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast with Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, Formuler and BuzzTV boxes, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and Mac. MAG set-top boxes are not supported.

Which IPTV player app should I use?

Any compatible player works. Popular choices in Canada are TiviMate and OTT Navigator on Android and Fire TV, IPTV Smarters across most platforms, and iPlayTV on Apple TV. Our setup guide covers each one.

What internet speed do I need?

25 Mbps or more for HD, 50 Mbps or more for 4K. Any Canadian ISP works: cable, fibre, DSL or fixed wireless. A wired connection to the TV gives the most stable picture.

Do I need a VPN?

No. Voyage works without a VPN anywhere in Canada. Some customers choose to use one for privacy; if you do, pick a Canadian server so guide times and local channels stay correct.

Can I watch at the cottage or while travelling?

Yes, anywhere in Canada with an internet connection, on any of your connections.

Trials, support and legal

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. A free 1-day trial activates within 24 hours with no payment details, and a 48-hour trial for $2 CAD activates instantly. Both include one connection.

How do I reach support?

Email [email protected] any hour of the day, in English or French. Replies are typically fast, and setup questions are our most common request.

Is IPTV legal in Canada?

IPTV is a delivery technology, and it is legal; Canada’s biggest telecoms use it. Whether a particular service is lawful depends on how its content is licensed. Voyage IPTV Canada does not host or stream content; it provides access to streams supplied by third-party providers, and users are responsible for ensuring they are entitled to view content in their jurisdiction. See our disclaimer for details.

Who runs Voyage IPTV Canada?

Voyage IPTV Canada is the Canadian edition of Voyage IPTV, built for Canadian viewers with CAD pricing, bilingual support and a guide that follows every Canadian time zone.
